I am puzzled about the Send/Receive options that take effect when Outlook is offline?
Why would I want to connect to the server if I have put Outlook offline?
When is the downside of turning these two options (F9 and automatic) off and leaving them off? If I want to get messages, I go back online? No?
This is for a POP3 account.
