I have a client that moves items from his sent items into another folder. Sometimes when he does this he receives a synch error message. He then double-clicks the message to resolve the issue. It shows two lines one with a message using his last name, first name middle initial and the other showing as sent using his email address.

If he says keep both then he obviously has two of the same message.
Any ideas on how to resolve?
