sync outlook + outlook.com, calendar sync only 1way, contact sync 2way OK

Hello,
I use outlook 2010 32bit with Hotmail controler, created account on Windows live.
I Synchronised it for first time, there were some mistakes - it took 2 hours in sending /receiving proces. I stopped it, shut down program and restarted computer. After the reboot it synchronised succesfully and everything was all right.

The next day I made some changes in my outlook callendar and added a new contact. In the evening when I was playing with my phone I saw that Windows live synchronised my contact but it didnt synchronise my calendar.
I made few experiments - created event in Windows live and another one in outlook. The event from Windows live copied itself into outlook after half an our, but the next one event from outlook didnt do a thing. It just stayed in outlook and didnt sync anything.

Contacts synchronise both from outlook to Windows live and from Windows live to outlook. I tried using runnin "outlook /safe" but it didnt help. I also tried reinstalling the connector. Anyone any ideas how to fix it? Or where could be the problem?

""reinstalling actually helped, no Idea why. It started sync also calendar. Anyone idea what happened? I have the feeling it synces only for first time I install the Hotmail connector.

Anyways, could anyone explain me if this latency - 30 min synchronise a single appointment in my calendar is normal? I got optical fiber so I dont think internet is the problém.
 
30 minutes is not unusual - that is the default sync time for outlook.com (and can't be changed) - a manual send and recieve will sync the folder.

Syncing is really buggy and its is worse with the calendar for some reason. They are working on it but I have no idea when it will be released.
