Trying to help a client that is using a POP account. Kept getting send/receive error and noticed emails would show up in "sent items" but did not actually send. Was able to fix temporarily by rebuilding profile but problem would return. Finally figured out it was a conflict with Norton Anti-Virus. Turned off email protection and everything works fine. However, when sending an email the progress bar/window shows 3 tasks trying to complete. Can send emails now but still get the send/receive error for the other 2 "tasks" that won't complete. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the error?
