So, this just started happening recently. Whenever I perform a manual send/receive in Outlook 2019 everything complete except for two Microsoft Exchange accounts. These accounts update properly when starting outlook but not when a manual send/receive is performed. All I get is a processing message in the dialog. It never completes. I've tried Scanpst, creating a new profile, disabling all of my rules and even deleted all of the accounts and readded them manually. When viewing Send/Receive Progress and selecting an account that processing the message reads "Offline Address Book Connecting to Microsoft Exchange" even though download offline address book is not selected in the send/receive options for the account in question. I've done exhaustive searches online to try and resolve this with no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
