The Bank I work for makes use of many Outlook forms (ATM Balancing, etc).
We are in the process of deploying Windows 7 and Office 2013 across the network, and I've just seen rather strange Forms behavior (well, strange to me anyway).
When a branch balances their ATM cash at the end of the day / week they fill in a form that is sent to a central mailbox - they do their thing and then forward it on. This part works OK. But they want to SAVE a copy of the form and we can find no way to do this under Outlook 2013.
I should mention that all of our forms were developed under Outlook 2003 and before, and who actually created them has been lost in the mists of time (do NOT get me started about documentation !!). Would this be the cause of the issue ?
As an aside, with this particular form the "Forward" button is greyed out - to forward the form you have to select Custom Actions -> Forward. Not sure if this is in any way related.
