I am running Outlook 2016 32-bit on Windows 10 Enterprise. Yesterday, Apple released the iCloud 5.0 Control Panel for Windows. It supports Windows 10 but does not support Outlook 2016.

Since I primarily use an iPhone, I have all my contacts in iCloud as it provides the best experience on the iPhone. Up to recently, the iCloud 4.1 control panel worked fine.

Since Apple is not presently supporting Outlook 2016, is there any way to configure Outlook to have two way live online access to my iCloud Contacts and Calendars without having to move them to Outlook.com (as Microsoft only supports 3 E-Mail addresses per contact)? Is there also a way to tie that contact into multiple Outlook profiles? Presently I have all my accounts grouped into 1 Outlook profile (so they can share my iCloud contacts/calendars). My primary account for Outlook is with verizon.net and they are unfortunately POP3, so there is no option for the contacts/calendars to live in their environment.

Diane,

have there been any updates here?

How can I get Outlook 2016 (32bit, on Windows 10 (64bit) work with iCloud to synchronize Contacts, Calendar and Tasks?

Thanks in advance.

As of today, no updates that I am aware of. We need to wait for an updated icloud addin to be released. (I'm out of town with a computer that is not running icloud so its possible one was released and I didn't know it... but I figure at least another week, if not early dec at the earliest. )

Just got off the phone with Apple Support (second level) regarding this issue. They advised their development team has recognized the issue with Outlook 2016 & V5 of ICLOUD.COM and are working on a solution. When I asked about a time-frame for the fix......"we don't currently have a time-frame." The advice was that if a user needs info stored in ICLOUD.COM, access it directly via a browser.
